Hi! I’m looking for someone to take the second room in my flat just off Leith Walk / Easter Road — available from 1st October.

The room is furnished with a bed and dresser, and you’ll have your own private bathroom with bath/shower. The flat has a shared open-plan kitchen and living room, plus access to a patio decking area and green space, great for chilling or eating outside.

I’m a 23-year-old male, soon to be a Master’s student at Heriot-Watt and working in the sports industry. I’m into the outdoors, going out, fitness/exercise, and football, so ideally looking for someone sociable who’s keen to hang out and share a laid-back, respectful living environment.

🚆 Transport:
The flat is in a great location — right next to the Foot of the Walk tram stop and close to multiple bus routes (2 mins away), so getting around Edinburgh is easy.

🛒 Shops:
Tesco, Lidl, and other local options are nearby, with a Sainsbury’s about a 10-minute walk away.

🔌 Bills: Approx £60/month (split 50/50) Council Tax Band D
