The room is in a quiet flat in Leith, furnished, and available strictly on a short‑term, non‑renewable basis. It’s a simple arrangement for someone who already has their next accommodation lined up and just needs a place to bridge the gap.

The room is furnished with a bed and walk in wardrobe, and you’ll have your own bathroom with bath/shower. The flat has a shared open-plan kitchen and living room, plus access to a patio decking area and green space, great for chilling or eating outside.

I’m a 24-year-old male, Master’s student at Heriot-Watt and working in the sports industry. I’m into the outdoors, going out, fitness/exercise, and football, so ideally looking for someone sociable who’s keen to hang out and share a laid-back, respectful living environment.
