I am renting out my neutrally decorated one bedroom top floor flat in Leith. It is close to public transport and has street parking at a fee. There is a good size bedroom with a king size bed with a memory foam mattress. The living room and kitchen area is spacious. Kitchen utensils are provided.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and a sky light, making it feel extra spacious
High ceilings create extra space for the 40 square meters.
There are six large storage drawers under the king size bed and two large floor to ceiling wardrobes in the bedroom.

Rent includes electricity and gas. Council tax and internet would have to be paid separately by the tenant.

I am a private landlord who will require the property for personal use in July and August of 2026 which is why the let is only available until then. Pets are considered.
