Homey Room in Beautiful Colony House in Leith

Looking for a flatmate to move into a sunny and fairly spacious double bedroom in Leith. This two bed house is two floors with shared spacious kitchen, large cozy living room, and office room (could use for wfh).
There’s 2 toilets, one with a bath/shower upstairs. The two bedrooms are upstairs.
Bills/council tax are not included in the rent and come to approx £150 a month at the moment (bulk of that is council tax).
This house is truly a gem. It’s so homey and comfortable, and in a lovely area surrounded by families. The 25 bus also runs right outside on Lochend rd so it is only ever a 25 min bus ride to the city centre, or you can make a short walk to the foot of the walk and get the tram up. It’s also located by the lovely Leith links park, and a 7 min walk to the great big Tesco at the foot of Leith walk.

Me: I’m a 29 year old Canadian working as a server and comedian. I like my alone time but also love being pals with my housemates and always up for a chat :)
I’m pretty clean (in a reasonable capacity) and would be looking for someone who also likes to maintain tidy and clean shared spaces. The house is furnished, but won’t have much in the way of decor so would love to collaborate on making the house a home!
