I’m looking for a roommate to join me in a two bedroom flat I’ve recently moved into in Leith.
The flat is located in a great spot just off of Leith Links, on a nice quiet and private street. Located close to multiple bus routes and a 10min walk to the tram. The area also offers free on street parking.
Rent is £750 + council tax / bills.
Move in date as soon as possible.
The second room is unfurnished but the rest of the flat comes fully furnished. I’m excited to create a cosy and homey flat and over time will continue to fill the space with art, plants and beautiful things!
I’m 31 and work in the design industry. I’ve recently relocated to Scotland from Australia and have been living in the highlands for the past few months. I enjoy all things design, checking out local galleries, restaurants and cafes and also enjoy getting out into nature and exploring what Scotland has to offer!
I’m looking for another young professional who lives a similar life style and shares similar interests. Someone who is respectful, clean and tidy, who will contribute a positive energy to the flat. I enjoy my downtime but also love hosting dinners and board game nights on the occasion too. So would love a roommate who would like to join in on social activities in the flat.
