Double room in spacious new build

Furnished double room with shared bathroom (second toilet downstairs) available next to leith links. The room currently has a pull out single/king but can swap for a double if preferably. Lots of storage throughout the house as well as space for bikes. The house is really warm and comfortable in the winter.

Price includes council tax and WiFi.
Gas and electricity will be extra (the house is really efficient so bills are low)

I am a relaxed outdoorsy person usually out cycling, hiking etc so would be great to have a flatmate with similar interests. Love a games night and am always open to having people over for dinners etc.

Parking is free outside the flat.
Pets will be considered if they are not likely to damage furniture etc. Is the perfect location for a dog, being next to the links.
