Room with own bathroom for rent near the Shore

Hello!

I’m looking for a roommate to join me in a two bedroom flat in Leith.

The flat is located in a great spot near Leith Links and the Shore. Located close to multiple bus routes and a 5min walk to the tram. There is free parking in a lot with the flat or a garage underneath the flat. There is a Julieltte balcony in the bedroom.

Rent is £650 + council tax (band D) and bills. Netflix and unlimited wifi included in rent.

Move in date as soon as possible.

The flat is fully furnished.

The 6 months maximum is negotiable. I am looking to put the flat up for sale in early 2026.

I am a primary school teacher, which means when I am home, I am often working. I love the Leith area and all that it provides. I am usually an avid runner, though down with a knee injury at the moment, but am still keeping up with daily yoga. I am very neat and like to keep a clean flat. I love getting outdoors in Scotland, particularly to climb things. I enjoy cooking and am terrible with plants - even though I love them.

I’m looking for another professional who does not smoke. Someone who is clean and tidy, and who will take good care of the property (which I have redone most of myself). And preferably someone who doesn't mind Christmas decorations.

I work hard and am very active. I love to laugh and often fall asleep early with all I do at work. I am looking for someone who has a happy life they enjoy and who can contribute a positive energy to the flat. Someone who is respectful of the life and the home I've built as I will be of yours.
