Looking for a new flatmate to take over the downstairs double en-suite in a duplex apartment. The setup’s sweet, you’ll have your own bathroom downstairs across from your room and we’ll share the kitchen and living room for cooking, chilling and sharing the occasional meal together.

I live upstairs. Into music, good food, and keeping the place clean but relaxed. I vibe with people who are chilled, tidy, and enjoy a homely but laid-back atmosphere. Bonus points if you appreciate good tunes, good food, and maybe don’t mind if the air gets a little hazy now and then 🌿.

Council Tax is Band E - It's around £185 a month, split two ways is £92.50. Bills (electricity and wifi) amount to around £75 quid each. Plus rent, you're looking at £850 a month.

Theres a bus stop literally outside the door and the tram is a 5 minute stroll to the foot of the walk.
