Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in the flat that I rent from (furnished, double room with double wardrobe and drawers) starting 8th October. Rent is £700 per month plus bills (utilities, wifi, and council tax band C).
The flat is in Leith, about a 3 minute walk to The Shore tram stop and 5 minute walk from Water of Leith, lots of coffee shops, pubs, and Sainsbury’s. There's also a Tesco Superstore about a 12 minute walk away. I have absolutely loved living in this neighborhood and hoping to find someone else who can enjoy it with me!
A bit about me: I am 31, from the US, and moved to Edinburgh last year. I am pretty active outdoors and play various sports, and also love exploring the city via bakeries to find the best cinnamon roll. I am also quite social so I’m out and about usually hanging with friends and occasionally host a dinner or game night at the flat. I like to keep the flat tidy and make it feel like home.
A bit about you: I am hoping to find a flatmate who is also tidy, likes to spend time together watching movies or grabbing a coffee/pastry, but also taking solo time when we need it!
