Hello everyone ! I am looking for the right person to join my lovely 2 bedroom flat at the shore area. The flat is situated at the first floor and is very bright and cosy, the living room also has a lovely balcony.
The room is available from the 1st of November ( but also can be flexy and enter before if needed) rent is £587 per month, plus bills which are between 40-65 per month for electricity and gas ( depending if winter or not) and 16.50 wifi each. We won't be paying council tax if you're a student! I am also willing to pay council tax for the right fit in. I'm looking for someone tidy and respectful of common areas but also of their own space.
