The room comes with a double bed and mattress, built-in wardrobe, desk, and of course the all-important IKEA Kallax. The flat’s bathroom and kitchen were recently refurbished and are fully equipped with everything you might need. While there’s no shared living room, the flat makes up for it with a calm, homely feel and plenty of natural light from west-facing windows.

You’ll be sharing with one other person (me) — a tidy, friendly professional who works mostly from the office during the week, enjoys the gym, good walks, and the occasional glass of wine.

I’m looking for someone similarly considerate and easy-going, who’s happy to keep shared spaces clean and treat the place like home. Mature students or working professionals welcome.
