Short term sublet available in 2-bedroom flat right next to Pilrig Park, Leith.

Double-glazed, well insulated, with lovely natural light to keep the winter blues away.

The two-bedroom flat has a spacious living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a lovely big bathtub (and amazing shower pressure), and a shared garden with clothesline.

Great public transport links. Only 300m to Balfour St tram and bus stops. A nice quiet street but very close to the bustling Leith Walk with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. Plenty of green space access with Pilrig Park, the Water of Leith and the Warrender bike paths close by.

The room is available from 1st December - 1st February, however an earlier move in date of mid-November could be possible if preferred. Possibility of extending after February if you like the place :)

Room is furnished, including linen and bedding unless you’d prefer to provide your own. Spacious built in wardrobe and some communal storage available as well.

I’m 29 years old, originally from Australia but have been in Edinburgh for 3 years now. I work a desk job from home around 3-4 days a week, but am usually out and about outside of work times and on the weekends, so you’ll have plenty of space in the flat. That being said, I’m a pretty social flatmate and love a chat/shared dinner or cup of tea when we’re both home.
