Huge bright newly decorated double room available on Duke Street overlooking Leith Links and 30 seconds from main bus stop, 2 minutes from more buses/tram stop.
Supermarket - 3 mins walk, pubs and coffee shops, 2 mins, cinema, 10 mins on tram, park, 1 min walk.
Sharing big comfortable kitchen diner and one bathroom with bath and shower,
with 2 20somethings - one student working part time, one self employed. One Scot, one Cypriot. Both members of the local martial arts gym.
Would love a long term flatmate to get comfortable with, but also happy with a flatmate ( or two) who is on a mission and needs to get on with work/study and wants a big bright place to call home.
