About the flat

We have a room to rent in our flat from the 31st of October. The location is at the end of Easter Road within a 5 minute walk from Lidl, Tesco, Leith Walk, 2 tramstops, buses to everywhere, pubs, cafes, parks and cycle paths. The flat is top floor and double glazed meaning it is relatively warm during the day even in the colder months. The building is safe and all the neighbours are nice people who often have bbqs in garden during the summer. We have lots of cooking equipment, big TV and the room comes furnished. Bills are approx £30/40 per month and council tax is £58 per month.

About us

Myself and Jan have lived together for 5 years and are pretty chill and relaxed whilst also keeping things nice and tidy. We like to hang out in the living room and watch the TV, chat or play games. I work as a chef and Jan works as a bar duty manager so I may occasionally cook you something nice. We hang out with our friends a lot in the local pubs so the right person would be welcome along to.
