Spacious double room in Leith (Central Edinburgh)

Hi,

I am the landlord and will be away for a month or so and want to let my room out while I am away.

There is a big 55 inch oled TV in the room and will have Netflix included. There is a desk and chair available in the corner. The drawers will only have two drawers empty for you to use. It has a mirror and will have a bean bag provided, if you would like one.

The flat is very tidy, friendly and quiet. I am introverted extravert and love to have chats but respect other's personal space. I am looking for someone similar to let my room out to.

I have a cat so please make sure you are comfortable with that. She is an absolute beauty. Although she sleeps with me but during this period, her bed will be in the living room. You are welcome to have her sleep in the room.

ROOM

The room is furnished and spacious in a quiet two bed flat on a side street on Leith walk. It includes a double bed, side table, lamp, a desk and chair, and a built-in wardrobe with mirrors, rugs

FLAT

It's a two bedroom flat that has a shared kitchen with a gas hob, gas central heating, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine installed and a large fridge freezer. The flat is located in a side street on Leith walk with everything walking distance away.

Princess Street is 20 mins by walk. There are plenty of supermarket, shopping places, cafes, restaurants, bar, takeaways, gyms, basically anything you need would be couple of mins walking distance away.

There are plenty of natural walks around, like water of Leith, the shore, pilrig park and aurthee seat is 30 mins by walk. Portobello beach is 30ins by walk as well. There are trams and bus service couple of steps away which will take you anywhere in Edinburgh.

BUS SERVICE

Bus services are available to pretty much anywhere in town as it's quite central

SURROUNDINGS:

It is on a side street on Leith walk so has all the amenities and anything you would need but also tucked in away from all the buzz. It is 20 mins walk from princess Street.
