Double room with own bathroom in Leith

Hi! I’m looking for someone (a female) to take this double room in shared flat of 2 people.

The room comes empty, but I am will leave any or all of my bed frame, mattress, bedside table, book case/storage unit, and tv unit because I don’t need them in my new place. I’m taking my desk with me. The room also comes with its own bathroom. The flat comes with a parking space in the resident’s parking beneath the building and you can use this.

The flat also has a shared living room, kitchen, outdoor shared space for the building residents, a lift, stairs and a bus stop right outside and the tram a 5 min walk down the road. It is amazingly well-connected to any part of Edinburgh, I’ve never had to wait longer than 14 mins for a bus!

The shared spaces of the flat have been furnished by the other tenant, so it is her furniture. She is happy to share the use of everything. She is a female professional who likes a calm, relaxing, personal atmosphere at home and has two cats, so only reach out if you’re happy to live with two cats. She would like to live with someone who wants to have a safe, personal space to come home to.

The rent is 700 plus council tax (about 116) + internet (10) + electric and gas (about 30 each right now) every month.
