We're looking for a fun social person to join our flat in Leith!
There are two of us here (27yrr and 29yrs old) and looking to fill a room for our third housemate who's moving out.
Move in date would be the 1st of December.
Must be clean and considerate and ideally a professional due to council tax!!
Rent is £500 per month excluding bills, which usually come to around £160 a month each. We are council tax band F, which is included the amount mentioned for bills.
Permit on-street parking is available outside the property.
