I am sadly moving out of my room and will need someone to move in on the 15th of November or shortly after.
Rent is £630/pcm including all bills, no deposit! The room is cozy but spacious, and will come with a bed frame/mattress, desk, and in-built wardrobe with lots of space to hang things.
The flat is large and open with great windows and views. Your 2 flatmates also have their own bathrooms so you will have the hallway full piece bath to yourself. Huge kitchen with big fridge freezer and good storage.
The flat is pretty quiet, not a party flat but we all love a kitchen chat. This would suit someone in full time employment, ideally in-office or hybrid remote.
Please reach out ASAP! We are doing viewings the 6th of November evening, and can arrange for some weekend viewings as well! Want the room filled ASAP as this was a last minute move.
