Cozy flat in Leith!!

I have a lovely room available in a 2-bed top floor flat just off Leith Walk, tucked away in a quiet courtyard.

It’s a really peaceful and secure spot, while still being close to all the great cafés, shops, and transport links that make Leith such a brilliant area to live in.

You’ll be sharing with me – I’m in my early 30s, working a hybrid admin role (Tues–Fri, office hours) and studying part-time for a Master’s degree. I like to keep things calm, clean, and tidy around the flat, so this would suit someone with a similar lifestyle – ideally another professional who works regular hours and enjoys having a relaxed home environment to unwind in.

In my free time I’m usually out meeting friends, at choir rehearsals, or going for walks. I’d say this is a quiet, relaxed flat rather than a party one, so it would suit someone with a similar vibe.
