First of all, I apologise for my terrible photos! The flat is a lot nicer than my photos!

Available for immediate entry is an unfurnished flat in Leith with one double bedroom, plus boxroom with built in double platform bed (please note that this is an internal boxroom with no window). With open plan sitting room and kitchen.

Although advertised as unfurnished, the previous tenant has left a nice double bed with mattress, a sofa as well as plates, cutlery, pots etc. These can be left or removed depending on the new tenant's preference.

The flat is double glazed with gas central heating so nice and cosy! All smoke detectors are hard wired and carbon monoxide detectors are all new.

I'd suggest the flat is more suitable for a couple rather than two sharing, or obvioulsy a single person looking for their own space.
