Double bedroom in Leith

Hey everyone! Sadly, I am moving out of the UK and looking for someone to take my room in Leith with my lovely flatmate. The bedroom is a furnished, double room with a built in closet. It is available starting 20th December, but due to the holidays, move in is flexible into the first week of January. Rent is £715 per month, plus bills (utilities, wifi, and council tax band C).

The flat is about a 3 minute walk to The Shore tram stop and 5 minute walk from Water of Leith, lots of coffee shops, pubs, and Sainsbury’s. There's also a Tesco Superstore about a 12 minute walk away. I have absolutely loved living in this neighborhood and hoping to find someone else who can enjoy it with my flatmate!

A bit about the current flatmate: She is 24 and from Scotland. She loves playing ultimate frisbee, watching movies, hanging with friends, and checking out bakeries around the city. She is hoping to find someone social who can enjoy occasionally hosting a dinner or game night at the flat. She'd like to make the flat feel like home for everyone!

A bit about you: I am hoping to find a flatmate who is also tidy, likes to spend time together watching movies or grabbing a coffee/pastry, but also taking solo time when we need it!
