Spacious, gorgeous flat in Trinity area (approx 7 mins walk from Newhaven tram stop) in a quiet residential street. Private garden, private entrance (ground floor entrance but flat on first floor).

Flat is furnished but your bedroom is unfurnished (except for it comes with an enormous wardrobe!).

Looking for a chilled and warm, sociable human who is keen to put down roots in a beautiful place.

Must be okay with cats as I have one.

I am a frequent traveller who works in music/film - bit of an ambivert who likes their alone time as much as some relaxing social time with good friends.

I'm ideally looking for someone I'd love to live with longer-term, who is easy-going, friendly and seeking a homely and grounded environment. Not essential but I'd love if you're open to having the occasional meals and movie nights together, and generally just making this a 'home' for us and any friends that visit.

The rent is on the higher side (at least for the first 6 months) as this is a large property, so I'm looking for someone who can confidently commit to the price - note that your salary will need to be over approx £35k for us to submit for the letting agents' checks.
