Double room for let to professional, tidy person.

I'm basically looking to rent out a double room in my ground floor flat. It will be furnished and happy to install brand new furnishings and mattress to request. I run a small business and I'm out all day 5 days a week, so if you work from home then you would have the flat to yourself during the week day times. I'm looking for a someone who is easy going, tidy and respectful. I have a 10 year old daughter who comes and stays on Friday nights sometimes and she has her own room within the flat. A brand new bathroom with shower has just been installed and the flat is really nice and warm with engineer flooring throughout.
