Leith Sublet mid March-early April

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for someone to replace me in my flat in Leith from March 14-April 4 (3 weeks). I would prefer to rent to one person (or a couple) for this entire period, if possible. The flat is perfectly placed at the foot of the walk in Leith, with great access to shops (Tesco, Lidl, Aldi), and all the quaint cafes, bakeries, and restaurants of Leith. Amenities include a washing machine, a space to hang laundry, a large TV, and many communal instruments (piano, guitars, mandolin, etc).

My flatmates are three boys ages 27-30 from various places in England. They are all very friendly and enjoy playing their musical instruments. The atmosphere in the flat is generally pretty quiet and calm, and we are all respectful of each other's boundaries and needs. We don't generally throw parties, though we are fairly social and there are often people in the communal spaces talking, sharing meals, watching movies, playing music, etc. We are looking for someone similar, who is respectful and enjoys communal living.

I am requesting what I pay in rent (£575), prorated for 3 weeks, or £430 for the whole period.
