1 double bedroom available in spacious, period ground floor flat in Leith. The flat has a large kitchen/diner, with enough space to accommodate up to 6 guests. Spacious shared shower room with storage. The room is currently furnished with a bed, side tables and a chest of drawers, plus individual hanging storage in the hall directly outside of the room.

I am a live in landlord, typically working Mon-Fri 8-4pm but can often ge required to work away for weeks at a time, so there may be occasions where you have the flat to yourself for an extended period of time. I have a lot of experience in shared living, having just moved back from Aus where I lived in a number of share houses, so consider myself a pretty easy going flatmate and would love for that to be reciprocated. I’m always down for a walk, yap or pub run :)

Council tax (band C), TV license, internet included. Gas and electric not included (usually around £80 monthly).
