1 double bedroom available in spacious, period ground floor flat in Leith. The flat has a large kitchen/diner, with enough space to accommodate up to 6 guests. Spacious shared shower room with storage, storage outside of the bedroom. The room is currently furnished with a bed, side tables and a chest of drawers, plus individual hanging storage in the hall.

I am a live in landlord, working mon-thurs 8-4pm but tend to be out of the house most weekday evenings, and often away at the weekends. I have a lot of experience in shared living, having just moved back from Aus where I lived in a number of share houses, so consider myself a pretty easy going flatmate and would love for that to be reciprocated.

Council tax (band C), TV license, internet included. Gas and electric not included (usually around £80 monthly).
