Spare room in Leith

Hi! We have 2 spare rooms from the start of September and start of October this year in our 5 bed flat. They are spacious double rooms and the flat has a separate living room, a separate kitchen/dining room, 2 bathrooms, and a shared garden space. Rent is 500 each plus bills (between 80 and 90 a month- Council Tax band B). Great location, close to lots of nice pubs/cafes/the Shore.

Two of us work and one is studying so like to have pretty relaxed weeks and sometimes go out at the weekend.

We're looking for someone who wants to stay medium to long term. We'd also consider shorter lets of a few months. Must be LGBT+ friendly (we're 3 women and would prefer women/LGBT+ people).
