Spare room in Leith

Hi! We have a spare room in our flat from the start of March this year in our 5 bed flat. It's a spacious double room and the flat has a separate living room, a separate kitchen/dining room, 2 bathrooms, and a shared garden space. Rent is 500 each plus bills (between 60 and 70 a month- Council Tax band B). Great location, close to lots of nice pubs/cafes/the Shore.

We are all working and most of us work 9-5 so like to have pretty relaxed weeks and sometimes go out at the weekend.

We're looking for someone who wants to stay for about 6 months, we think we'll probably be in the flat until September time/towards the end of the year. We'd also consider shorter lets of a few months. Must be LGBT+ friendly (we're 2 women and a queer male couple so would prefer women/LGBT+ people).
