Furnished Double Bedroom Available - Leith Walk

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a lodger for my spare bedroom in Leith. It’s a cozy double room at the back of the flat, so quiet and secure.

The flat is very close to Foot of the Walk tram stop, local supermarkets, Leith Links and Leith Walk. 15 mins from Waverley Station and Edinburgh Old Town via public transport.

Available from mid/late February (move in date can be flexible). Would suit those primarily working from the office or on location, rather than WFH.

Sharing with me (female, early 30s, film and TV professional). I travel for work and my schedule can be a bit erratic, so there may be times when you have the flat to yourself for a few days here and there.

£725 pcm excluding bills.
Council Tax band C.

I’m looking for all the usual things: someone who is clean and tidy, likes to socialise but is also happy with their own space. I’m a fan of cooking, yoga, books and dancing so bonus points if you’re interested in any of these things but absolutely not required.
