WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:

🧹 Someone who keeps shared spaces tidy (helps with my ADHD management) and is considerate about noise levels, especially arrivals after midnight, as I'm a light sleeper. Night shift workers absolutely fine as long as you're quiet coming home!

🌱 I'm a flexitarian and eat dairy and eggs plus occasional chicken and tinned fish (no red meat/mammals), just in case you're strictly plant-based and won't feel comfortable in a space where animal products are eaten

👩‍💻 Work from home is OK; there's a desk in the room and all calls will need to be taken from your own space

😊 I'm a friendly, relaxed flatmate in my 50s who respects personal space and would expect you'll do the same. As a live-in landlord, this will be a lodger arrangement rather than a Private Residential Tenancy, and the flat comes fully furnished.

🏳️‍⚧️ LGBTQ+ friendly, and I have a preference for a mature flatmate(s) in employment. But vibe is the real essential as we'll be sharing limited space. 🌈🏳️‍⚧️🧙‍♀️

🏖️ I expect to be traveling for much of the summer, so you can expect to have the flat to yourself during those periods
