There are bus stops less than 5 minutes from the flat that go into town and down to Leith Shore.

The room comes furnished with double bed and built in closet. Bedside table and bookshelf pictured in room not included. My room has an ensuite so the flat shared bathroom is completely yours, this is just across the hall from your bedroom door.

There is a bright kitchen and living room, with views of Arthur's seat and a very comfy sofa.

Flat has a small utility room with washing and drying machine. We also have a dishwasher.
The building has a lift, a recycling and rubbish room and a private car park which you will have a permit for one car.

The deposited is £750 and rent is £675. Bills are not included, currently each paying £15 for WiFi and £33 for gas and electricity. Council tax band E.

I split my time between working in the hospital as a midwife and working from home. When working from home, my current flatmate and I casually share the living space as a workspace (e. g. taking calls in our rooms if needed), which is something I’m happy to discuss and coordinate.
I’m chill, tidy, and sociable — I enjoy films and TV in the evenings, going out for drinks, and I make a great gin and tonic.

I am looking for someone tidy, friendly and in full time employment who’d be happy to socialise in the flat from time to time.

No smokers or pets, sorry.
