The flat is over two floors- kitchen/living room and WC downstairs, and bedrooms and 1 shared bahroom upstairs.
The property is down a short pedestrian path with front gardens either side. All the neighbours are lovely and there's a real community vibe.
The flat is accessed via an external staircase, with a main door access.

The flat has a garden and a small balcony area outside the front door which gets lots of evening sun. The garden is looking a bit bare at the moment (winter) but there are lots of herbaceous plants in there ready to pop up and it's lovely in the summer. West-facing for evening sun. If you have an interest in gardening you're welcome to plant it up, but if not I will come round once or twice a year for maintenance.

£750pcm, with bills to be arranged yourself with the other flatmate. Council tax band E.
Who you'll be sharing with:
There is a 34yo man living at the property, who is a carpenter, and is friendly and easygoing. He occasionally has his girlfriend and her miniature dachshund to stay (who is adorable).

I'm a 33yo female and I used to live at the property myself. It was intended as a long-term home, but I've moved to a house round the corner which I inherited unexpectedly, so I'll be nearby for maintenance/ repairs if needed.
The flat makes a lovely home and I'm hoping to find someone who will enjoy it as a home for themselves. It's not a faceless buy-to-let, and given the unexpected circumstances of renting the place I'm not in it to maximise profits, mainly cover mortgage and expenses.
