Double room in a shared flat at leith walk

I am looking for someone to take my double room. The flat is located right next to Balfour Tram station at leith walk. The area has loads of cafes, pubs and restaurants around.
You will be getting a double room with bathroom with a shared common spaces like living room, kitchen and store should you choose to move in. The council tax band is E and the extra bills including tax sums up to be £144. So, expect a total bill of £760/month.
