Spacious double room

Looking for a flatmate for a double room in Leith area, Easter Road, right in front of Lidl, bus stops 1 and 35, but Leith Walk is only a 5-minute walk away.
The flat is very well located, quiet and has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom (separate shower and toilet), as well as a patio shared with the neighbours.
My flatmate is moving in with her partner and I am the only one left in the flat. I like having my own space, but I would also like to spend time with my flatmate watching a film in the living room or doing something else. We don't have to be strangers living in the same place.
I am looking for someone who is tidy and clean.
