Hi there! I’m looking for two like-minded people to team up with and rent a beautiful three-bedroom apartment at PLATFORM_ Leith. These apartments are modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed, with open-plan living spaces, integrated kitchens, generous storage, ensuite bathrooms, and huge floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the flat with natural light.

The rent for the whole apartment ranges between £2,100–£2,400 pcm (some bills included), so the other two rooms would roughly work out at:

£650 pcm – single room
£800 pcm – double room

A guarantor will be required as part of the rental process.
Ideally, looking to move-in at the end of April or the first week of May.

About me

I’m working from home, so I really appreciate a calm, comfortable, and tidy space to live in. I love good food, great coffee, long walks, and the occasional relaxed pub evening. I enjoy the odd chat in the kitchen or sharing a meal or movie night now and then, but I’m also quite independent and value everyone having their own space and routine. It would be lovely if we got along well enough to occasionally hang out, but equally everyone having their own life is totally fine.
