Hi, we are a couple 🇪🇸/🇵🇹28 y. o(and two cats) looking for a flatmate. (It’s really important that you like cats as they are indoor cats)

We are chill people we don’t go much out for parties so we are mostly home or working. We are looking for someone clean, tidy and quiet.

The flat is originally unfurnished but as we’ve been living here for quite a while we have our own furniture so we will rent the room with the double bed, desk, desk chair, and drawer cabinet (everything you see in the picture except the shelve that I blurred)

The rent is £340 + Bills + Council Tax D + Internet
(Aprox 135£ each) We have BT with Full Fibre Broadband so the internet it’s very good.

My partner is student so right now we’re paying a little bit less of council tax, we accept students but only if you’re willing to pay council tax too.
