Double room in Leith available from May

I am moving out of my room in Leith on the 20th May and looking for someone to replace me. You will be living with Lola, who is 27 years old from Galicia and her lovely little cat, Bru. Lola is a support worker and graphic designer, she's clean, respectful and the perfect flatmate.
The flat is just off Leith Walk on Springfield Street, closes to buses and tram etc. The flat is on the ground floor.
The room is decent sized with a built in wardrobe. Most of the furniture in the photos is coming with me but there will be a new bed and the same chest of drawers. The bathroom with bath and shower is shared. The kitchen isn't massive but we have a gas hob, double sink and fridge freezer - plenty of space for two people.
Living room has been nicely decorated by Lola and is a lovely place to hang out.
The flat would suit someone who tidies up after themself and likes a semi regular deep clean. Keeping the flat clean and rtidy is really important. Someone who is quiet and keeps to themself but is also up for hanging out and making a new pal would be ideal, also up for sharing meals and looking after the cat when Lola goes away.
The room is available from the weekend of the 23rd May.
Council tax is about £80 each per month and bills come to about £20-£40 each depending on time of year.
No letting agent, so you deal with a private landlord directly who has just one flat, she's responsive and gets stuff fixed quickly.
