Looking for someone to fill my room in a two bedroom flat on Leith walk, for move in from 1st of June.

The flat is a first floor flat, with access to garden. 1 min walk to both bus and tram stops and supermarkets walking distance - both large Tesco and Lidl ten minute walk away. Super convenient location.

About flatmate :
You’ll be living with Hannah, 25 yo and who works hybrid both from home and in the office. She loves being social, enjoys a trip to the pub, and would like someone who’s friendly, wanting to socialise in the flat and enjoy nights in, but also respects alone time. Some of her interests are reading, history, video games and she enjoys a nice walk.

The rent for the room is 625£ ( could be subject to a rent increase with change of tenancy). The flat is council tax band B and the flat is all double glazing. No pets are allowed.
