Fringe Let in cosy flat (also avail July/June)

Hi!

We are a friendly and relaxed pair of friends, living in our quiet and restful home in Leith. 🌱

We’re looking for someone to stay for the month of August (even better if you stay for July and some of June too) for £2000 for the month, including bills. We can chat about a separate price for June/July if you DM me.

You will stay in a furnished room and share the kitchen/bathroom/living spaces/garden, and we’ll give you your own set of keys. The bedroom also has a lock for your privacy.

🚗🚎 There is free on-street parking, lots of bus links and we are approx 5 mins walk from the end of the tram line which takes you into the centre of town and the airport. The centre of Leith is also only about 10-15 mins walk with lots of cute cafés down by the Shore and on Leith Walk.

There is no pressure to socialise with us, but we would love to make a new friend during the summer and so we welcome joyful free spirits who want to make new connections! We both love meeting new people from all over the world! We have a big projector in the living room and you are welcome to join us for movie nights🍿

Our home has been very intentionally created as a green, welcoming and calm space away from the busy outside world and we ask that you respect this; we request you are tidy, clean and keep shared spaces free of clutter. 🪴

This is a queer friendly household 🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Please note there is 1 (elderly and gentle natured) cat in the house.
