Long Term Room for Let

Hi everyone,

My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take over their room.

The room is a double bedroom with plenty of storage space, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The flat is on the first floor and has a comfortable shared living room and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a large bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet.

The flat is located between Leith Walk and Easter Road with plenty of amenities nearby e. g. bars, restaurants and cafés. There is also a Tesco superstore and Lidl within walking distance. The flat is located a short walking distance from tram and bus links across the city too, so it’s a great location!

You would be living with me, a 30 year old professional. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy, but also understand that life happens so it’s not always going to be perfect! I like quiet time to myself but also like to socialise and chat, so someone similar would be ideal!

It’s council tax band B and bills come to around £150pm per person (this can be higher or lower depending on gas and electricity usage).
