I am looking for a flatmate to share a spacious two-bedroom flat right near the Shore in Leith.

I’m an engineer who works from home. I’m easy-going, tidy, and sociable. Ideally seeking another professional (or someone in stable employment) who is also clean, considerate and laid back.

The room is a generous double. The flat is bright and well-maintained with a good-sized kitchen and living space.

You should be:
Clean and respectful (someone who tidies up after themselves)
Sociable and easy to live with
Professionally employed or similar

Bills and council tax will be split evenly.
