I’m moving out of my lovely flat in Leith and am looking for someone to take over my room and live with my fantastic housemate.

The flat is a bright and cosy two-bedroom in a great Leith location, with excellent transport links into the city centre and plenty of cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. It’s a relaxed, comfortable home rather than a party flat.

You’d be sharing with a 27-year-old male professional who is friendly, easy-going and respectful of personal space. He’s sociable and always up for a chat, pub trip or the occasional shared meal, but also appreciates having his own routine and downtime. Ideally, he’s looking for someone with a similar balance – friendly, considerate and tidy.

The room is spacious and bright, with plenty of room for storage, working from home or simply relaxing after a long day.
