Large furnished double room available in a spacious flat in Leith during the Edinburgh Fringe.

You’ll have the room from 8–29 August while I’m away working in London, so you’ll only be sharing with one other professional male flatmate.

Available 8th August – 29th August only. Total cost for the full stay: £1,000 including all bills and Wi-Fi.

The room is bright, quiet and generously sized, with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and plenty of storage space. Located close to the front door, it offers additional privacy and easy access.

The flat is in a fantastic Leith location with excellent tram and bus links into the city centre, making it ideal for Fringe performers, visitors or professionals looking for a comfortable base during August.

You’ll primarily be sharing with one friendly young professional. The flat is clean, relaxed and well maintained.
