Double room in top floor Leith Flat

Hi

My name is Keith and I have my spare double room available from the 1st July.

The flat is top floor so get lots of sun during the summer.

Double room is furnished (bed, wardrobe). But I do not have bedding. All bills are included in the rent.

The flat is a classic victorian build so high ceilings, wooden floorboards. As with the age of these flats there are some old fashioned bits and pieces but that gives it more character.

The flat is in a very locally owned stairwell where all of the flat owners and myself are friends so we all make sure the stairwell is clean and we have a safe tenament environment.

The flat is in between the large Tescos and Lidl on East Road and 5 minute walk from Leith Links.

I am a university lecturer and based most of the time in abroad so I need somebody trustworthy and quiet to look after the flat and all that comes with it while I am away.

Ideally looking for a mature female post graduate student or professional. I have always had female lodges and it has worked out well.

I can take viewings this coming week - Thursday 25th is best.

I have had previous lodgers who I am sure would be happy to give a reference for the flat.

The current lodger has had her dog staying so I will be giving the flat an extra clean when she leaves next week.
