The property is right next to the tram stop and bus stop for easy access links into the city and airport

24 hour Asda, David Lloyd’s gym and multiple cafes, coffee shops, restaurants on the door step.

Newhaven harbour and Victoria park just a short walk away.

Close to water of leith walkway which is great for walking, cycling and running.

The room is not en-suite but with the main bathroom in the property will be for your sole use including a shower and bath

Smoke and pet free home.

I’m a 32 year old male who working in finance from home (hybrid).

I spend the majority of my time at the gym, at runnings clubs, cooking and chilling.

My home is always kept clean and spotless so I would like to share with someone who enjoys the same.

I like the occasional drink, but not often.

Please no couples, party goers or anyone who works from home.

I quite enjoy time alone and equally that would be respected.

Happy to eat/chill together, maybe head out for the odd drink/coffee, or if you are into fitness then we can hit the gym/running too.
