Newhaven harbour and Victoria park just a short walk away.

Close to water of leith walkway which is great for walking, cycling and running.

The room is not en-suite but with the main bathroom in the property will be for your sole use including a shower and bath.

Smoke and pet free home.

I’m a 32 year old male who working in finance from home (hybrid).

I spend the majority of my time at the gym, at runnings clubs, cooking and chilling.

My home is always kept clean therefore I would like to share with someone who enjoys the same.

The desk etc will be removed from the bedroom in the picture, the room will come with double bed, drawers and build in double wardrobe. More than happy for you to bring your own furniture if this is something you would prefer.
