Double room in 2 bed flat in Leith

Hello!

I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving away from Edinburgh.

The flat is in a really good location in Leith - close to Balfour tram stop, cafe and bars, shops etc. and only a 20 min walk to Picardy Place/St James. It's a nice, cosy flat with spacious living room which also has an extra sofa bed which is good for having family / friends over.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and has built in storage cupboard.

I'm looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate. It'd be nice to hang out sometimes but you'll also like having your own space as I do. It's also very important that we both keep the flat clean and tidy.

Rent is £625/ month excluding bills.

Council tax band C

Move in date is 1st September.

I've lived in Edinburgh for just over 2 years and am really enjoying it! I work as an urban designer. I'm in the office most days but sometimes work from home. In my free time I like to go for walks, swim and play the guitar.
