Spare room in Pilrig Heights

Spare room located at Pilrig Heights which is an excellent location as Leith Walk is just a 10 minute walk and a 20 minute walk to city centre. There are also alot of close by transport links such as the tram or bus. There is also Pilrig Park just across the road which is a nice quiet green space.
The flat itself is in great condition with 2 bathrooms (lodger can treat the main one as an ensuite if they wish) and a spacious living room. I moved in in March so am still looking to make more improvements to make it more homely. The spare bedroom comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, desk and chair.

I am a very relaxed individual who works mainly during the day but can have the occasional night shift. I have rugby training on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with game days being on Saturday where I will be out and about for most of the day. Other than that, I usually like to spend time just chilling at home.
