Leith - Short Term Let

Room available in 2-bedroom flat right next to Pilrig Park, Leith. The room is available from 4th September for a flexible amount of time, but ideally looking for someone to stay for at least a month.

Great public transport links up to Old Town and Waverley Station. Only 300m to Balfour St tram and bus stops. A nice quiet street but very close to the bustling Leith Walk with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants.

Double-glazed, well insulated, with lovely natural light.

The two-bedroom flat has a spacious living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a lovely big bathtub (and amazing shower pressure), and a shared garden with clothesline.

Room is furnished, including linen and bedding unless you’d prefer to provide your own.

The flat is occupied by me (27 yo M) and my partner (30 yo F). We both work from home around 3-4 days a week, but are usually out and about after work, so you’ll have plenty of space in the flat.
