Spacious double room in Leith - with your own bathroom - short term let! Looking to let between 30th August until end of October (this is flex).

You’ll be sharing with a couple, we have an en-suite, and you’d have your own bathroom.

The 2 bed property also has a large kitchen and living area enough to share with 2 people.

The bedroom for let has a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. Please see the photos for more details!

All bills included in the rent (council tax, WiFi, electricity etc)

A bit about us:

We’re 2 creatives living in Leith, we’re both self employed and pretty flexible. We’re super tidy and clean, and have nice furniture that we make sure to look after. Our flat is a calm and comfortable space. We enjoy living with others and are always up for a chat when we’re home. Ideally looking for other young professionals that are looking for a place short term. Preferably no full time remote workers, wfh 2 days is fine. Please note: No couples, no parties, no overnight stays.
