Single Room for Female Proffesional

I have a room available from 1st October for a female (no couples, sorry). In North Leith, near Ocean Terminal/ The Shoe and Newhaven. Spacious double bedroom in shared accommodations. The rent is 650, all-inclusive, if the gas and electricity bills are not higher than 150.
I am moving out of it in October. This will be my room. The biggest in the flat. There are two bathrooms in the flat, and there will be 4 people in it. One Indian girl, a Polish guy, and a Spanish guy, all professionals. The place is very quiet. People focus on their own things but are respectful, and the meeting point is kitchen/ living space. The flat has a huge kitchen/living room where people gather together. That is the best way to describe it. One flatmate is away for another two weeks but is happy for you to come and see the place if you like and meet the rest of the people. Looking for a professional female. Thanks
