🏡 Room available in gorgeous 3-bedroom, 3-storey

I’m looking for a lovely new housemate to share my beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-storey flat in Leith. The flat is unfurnished and managed through a property manager. We’ve actually met the owners, and they’re genuinely great and very responsive.

The flat is officially a 2-person household. At the moment, two rooms are set up as bedrooms and the third is my art studio/spare room, but I’m very happy to shuffle things around depending on what works best for us. There’s plenty of space to make the setup work.

A little about me: I’m queer, in my mid-30s. I’m a creative person and spend a lot of my time making jewellery/art, swimming, exploring, and working a wacky schedule of a few different jobs. I also come with Purrl, my lovely cat who is very talkative, cuddly and sassy.

I like having a clean and cosy home and am ideally looking for someone who wants to share a home rather than simply have somewhere to sleep. I’m very happy to have a friendly, social house, but also respect everyone’s need for their own space and downtime.

• Ideally moving in around early October, although there’s some flexibility
• Kind, clean, respectful and reliable
• Someone happy to live with a cat (open to having another cat join us as well!)
• Queer-friendly / LGBTQ+ friendly is a must 🌈
