Looking for a new flatmate in a cosy home !

We would love this flat to feel like a home and a safe place, where everyone is comfortable using the common areas and maintaining the house clean and tidy.
We’re looking forward to create a wee flat life, cooking dinners (mainly vegetarian) and sharing meals together.

We’re both creative and outdoorsy people and we’re looking for someone who would match the vibe ✨ ideally between 23 and 32 years old, but that’s not set in stone so if you think that you could be a match, don’t let this stop you from contacting us!

Dalia: I a very active person always looking for new adventures. Hill running, hiking, cycling, swimming... if it involves being outdoors I'm in! I work remotely as a science communicator and, since I don't like to be cooked up in my room, it's quite likely that you'll find me working from the living room. I also love cozy nights reading or doing some arts and crafts with a cup of tea.

Jess: My happy place is outdoors, on a bike, in the water or on the water (on a rowing boat). I’m also into nutrition and health prevention 🫜

That flat has :
3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious living room and kitchen,
Loads of storage space,
2 sheds (one for garden tools and the other one for bikes),
Wee garden with an apple tree.
It is single glazed.

The flat is originally unfurnished but we bought some furniture from the old flatmates. It’s currently ready to move in. (We might need an extra bed but we can discuss the details).

The rent is 333.33 pp/pm.
Usually between bills and council tax it adds up around £467 pp (rent + bills). Council tax band: D
